He
was married to Elizabeth Littleton (daughter of Colonel Southey
Littleton I and Sarah Bowman). Elizabeth
Littleton was born about 1671 in Northampton County, Va.. She died about
1754 in Northampton County, Va.. Richard Waters and Elizabeth Littleton had
