He was married to Alice Dixon (daughter of Ambrose Dixon and Mary Unknown) in 1679 in Maryland. Alice Dixon was born on 14 Feb 1664 in Somerset County, Md.. She died in 1686 in Somerset County, Md.. Henry Potter and Alice Dixon had the following children:
