- In his will Ambrose Willet gave to son Thomas Willett all that tract of land including the plantation he now lives on called Parramore's Double Purchase containing 100 acres on the seaboard side and also what household goods and other things he hath now in his possession. To son William Willett the plantation he now lives on with part of my land I now live on beginning at a Red Oak Saplin where formerly stood a marked Hickory and then down the branch to a Stoopin White Oak and thence south until it intersects with Tobais Peppers line containing 100 acres and one shilling sterling. To my son John Willett my plantation I now live on with my land not yet mentioned and 2 young steers and 1 feather bed and some funiture, etc. To my daughter Elizabeth Nicholson one shilling sterling. To daughter Ann Holland one shilling sterling. To daughter Joyce Bradshaw one young bull and one small iron pot. To daughters Ruth and Mary the remainder of my personal estate and they to have the liberty to live on the plantation and in the house where I now live durying their single lives. Son Thomas Willet sole Extr. Witt: Eliam Johnson, William Pruitt & Moses Mills.

- In his will Thomas Willett gave to Elizabeth Holland, daughter of Benjamin Holland and his wife Molly. To Benjamin Holland all the money due me from Phillip Quinton and the part of the tract of land that I have not sold that I possess of Parramores Double Purchase. To William Cowley, son of Samuel Cowley and Elizabeth his wife, the tract of land called Willets Out Lett and the enlarging and the rest of my goods and personal estate. And if William Cowley dies without heirs, then to William Slocomb, son of Robert Slocom and his wife Ruth. William Cowley and Robert Slocom my sole Extrs. Witt: Levin Newton, Levin Hill and Joshua Sturgis.
