I give to my grand daughter Frances Inglisby Johnson one Negro girl by name Rachel. My Negro woman Plesant shall be sold and all the remainder of my estate to be divided between my daughter Elizabeth Ward and my three grandchildren Frances Inglisby Johnson, Obediah Johnson and Josiah Johnson. I appoint my son in law William Ward my executor. Signed with her mark, Pricilla Johnson. Witnesses: Thomas Parramore Senr and John C. Parramore.

  	Capt. Josiah Johnson, 87 years old, a retired Sandy Hook pilot, and a resident of Brooklyn for man years, at 358 Hawthorne St., Flatbush, died Thursday, of the ailments of old age, at the summer residence of his son, Capt. Henry Clay Johnson, in North Stamford, Conn. Capt. Johnson's father lost a leg by a cannon shot while serving on the old frigate Constitution in the War of 1812.
