To son Moses plantation when of age. To brother Moses Pain 1/2 plantation then to my son Moses. To brother John Pain. To daughter Mary Pain. Witt: William Aydelotte, Benjamin Aydelotte, Richard Roley, proved 13 Aug 1773. Codicil - 11 Dec 1772 witnessed by David Dixon, Samuel Tarr Jr & Michael Tarr Jr, desire that youngest son John Pain may be bound out to a good trade at the age of 14.
