  	In his undated will Thomas Dubberly gave son Ezekiel his choice of land where I now live with other going to my other son John Dubberly. To daughter Rachel Dubberly personalty. To children of Rachel the remainder of estate. Witt: Nathan Watson & Robert Watson. When the will was proved on 3 Nov 1762 both witnesses stated that Dubberly did not recognize them when they went to his house and neither believed him "to be in his senses appearing to be like a man drunk . . ."
