And the said Hannah did afterward intermarry with ... ... afsd. Samuel Spencer is since removed out of the county. Now the said Anne, dau. of afsd. Jonathan being past the age of 15 years and since married with afsd. Thomas Nixon who in behalf of himself and the said Anne his wife did often require the said George and Hannah his wife to account with them for the one moiety of the said mares and their increase which the said Thomas and Ann his wife saith did amount to five head of horsekind but said George and Hannah his wife execs. afsd. have refused, sometimes pretending that they know now what became of them.

Thomas Tarrant and Mary his wife, Thomas Nixon and Ann his wife in consideration of the sum of £5 paid by George Robbisson, Junr., late of this co., dec'd., discharge the said George Robbisson and have released unto Richard Underwood of same co. yeoman (for whose use the afsd. £5 was paid by George Robbisson) all our rights unto the afsd. land by virtue of the bequest of the said Jonathan Manlove.
