To my son Arthur Armetrading (under 18) my 2 dividends of land at the head of Hungars Creek being 600 acres, my beloved wife Alice Armetrading to have her 1/3 during her widowhood. To my godson Daniel Maguillion one ewe lamb. To my godson Thomas Allygood one ewe lamb. Remaining estate to my wife and son, my wife to have 1/3. If my wife dies in my son's minority and he also, then his 2/3rds to be equally divided by the Church of Hungars and the poor of the Parish. My son Arthur extr.
