  	It was on this date that Dame Elzabeth Dale, widow & late wife & sole Extr. of Sir Thomas Dale, gave Edward Hanbie, son of Mr. Richard Hanby, all my land in Charles Hundred in Virginia and to Richard Hamby, son likewise of Mr. Richard Hamby, all my land in Sherlie Hundred in Virginia. She also gave half of the remaining estate to my worthy deserving friends Mr. Richard Hamby and Mr. William Shrimpton and named them her sole Extrs.

Edward Littleton, Esq. Richard Holwell, Samuel Lucas, William Stone and Obedience Robins gentlemen and from all other persons in Virginia who owe me as Extr of the Dame Elizabeth Dale and concerning the promises of the above named persons.
