To son Thomas Lingo, Daughter Sarah Lingo, daughter Leah Lingo & Robert Taylor the rent of my land as long as Joice Lewis lives. Bal. of estate to be divided between Thomas Lingo, Sarah Lingo, Leah Lingo & Robert Taylor. To daughter Susy Lingo 50 acres on the head of Matchpungo & she shall never inherit it as long as Littleton Wyatt lives, & should she die without heirs to be divided between my daughters Sarah & Leah.
