I give my plantation to the first son born of Mathew Vandegrught, called & known by the name of Obiddiah Vandergrught, and for want of heirs to my heirs at common law, not excluding John Shephard. Balance of estate to be divided between the first born son of Rebecca Pratt, she is now the wife of Wilcock Johnson, called and known by the name of John, and Obiddiah Vandegrught, son of Mathew Vandegrught when they arrive at 18 years of age.
