To my son John Roberts all my land westward of the horse bridge including? Georges Cod and Patrick Strillyes?; but for want of his heirs to my son Obedience Roberts. To my five sons and dau. Mary Roberts 3 cows and 6 steers to be delivered to them as they come at age. To my loving wife Elizabeth Roberts the use of all my land during my children's minority. Wife resid. legatee and extrx. Sons at age at 18 and dau. at 15. Witt: Arthur 'A' Upshur, George Brickhouse.
