  	On 29 Jul 1701 upon the petition and complaint of Thomas Bennett that his brother Bartholomew Bennett, bound to George Bell the son of Wm. Bell, is very much abused. The Sheriff is therefore ordered to somons Bell to the next court to answer the same, and that Thomas hath liberty to remove his brother from Bell until the next court.

  	On 29 Sep 1701 in N'hamp County Bartholomew Bennett, formerly bound to George Bell the son of Wm. Bell, by this court upon whose motion of removing him out of this government. The court thinks not fit thereof, but on the tender of his brother Thomas Bennett to take him under his care and give him a years schooling. It is order that he continue with him till at age according to law unless the court finds cause to the contrary in the meantime.
