No.1 beginning at an Iron oak standing on the North Side of the County road and West Side of a branch, thence running Northeastwardly and binding on the lands of Uphama and Sally Benson to the Unpassable Branch, thence Westwardly by and with said branch until it intersects William M. Beavans land, thence Southwardly & binding on said Beavans and Polly Brittingham's land and also on the meeting house lot to the road aforesaid, then Eastwardly by & with said road to the beginning containing 75 acres. No.2 bounded on the North by the County road, on the Northwest by Wm. M. Beavans land, on the West by James Melvin's land, on the South by James Melvin and Oliver Logan & Joseph Feddeman's land and on the East and North by Polly Brittingham's land containing 50 acres.
