  	I give unto my son George Richardson my plantation whereon I now live. I give unto my son Levin Richardson my tract of land lying between John B. Thomas land and Jo W. Rodgers land also I give my Negro boy Nathaniel in lieu of the money I owe him and if son Levin refuses to take the land and Negro boy for the money I owe him my will and desire is that the said piece of land & Negro boy be sold to pay him when he arrives to the age of twenty one. The balance of my estate to be equally divided between my daughter Nancy Bell, my grandson John Kellam, my daughter Kessey Ritchardson and my daughter Polly Talor's children. Custis Kellum and George Ritchardson, executors. Signed with her mark, Susanna Ritchardson. Witnesses: Anthony Bell, George Bool and John A.T. Abbott.
