Stott Grice exchanged 200 acres of this tract with Ezekael Bell for 100 acres of tract N84. In 1751 Bell (wife Anne) left to his son William. In 1805 William Bell (wife Elizabeth) left to his son Anthony Bell, who added to his acreage by purchases from tract N83. In 1837 Anthony Bell (wife Tabitha) left to his son William H. Bell and from him the title passed to his son (sic, to the dec'd William's brother) John F. Bell.
