- In his will Richard Bell loaned the whole of his property both real and mixed to Milly Spady. After the death of Milly Spady I lend all my property to my three sisters Mary Maslin, Lukey Hall and Nancy James during their life and, at their deaths, I give and bequeath to Lucy Maslin, Mary Maslin and Susan Maslin children of my sister Mary Maslin; also to Edward Hall son of my sister Lukey Hall; also to William James, John James, Richard James and another one of my sister Nancy James' children* whose name I can not now bring to recollection.
