The said Robert died intestate leaving several slaves: Glasgow, Cush, Daniel, Joshua, Dido, Abraham and Grace. The plea is for Thomas James, son and heir-at-law to the dec'd Robert to pay the above named children their shares of the slaves. Thomas James, an infant is represented by Nathaniel Savage, his guardian. He agrees to the division, after laying out the dower of the said Elizabeth. Case dismissed for want of prosecution.

The said Peggy Bool has died intestate leaving three children, viz: Wm.
