The said Edmund and William Johnson absconded from this state and enlisted themselves in the service of the British Navy on Board a Ship of War in which service they still continue. The said William has arrived at the age of 21. But now the Extr Priscilla & devisees Obediah & Susannah Johnson have taken possession of the slaves and refuse to permit the slaves to be divided. Therefore, it is requested that the slaves be equally divided. Answer: Priscilla Johnson and Obediah & Susanna Johnson agreed to divide the slaves.
