- Upon the petition of John Fathrey, who intermarried with Anne the daughter of Emanuel Hall and Ann his wife, dec'd(sic), since the wife of Eustace Parsons. To whom one Mary Ewbanck a base child of a servant woman of Col. Kendall was assigned to the said Ann Parsons till 20 years of age. The court confirms the said Mary Ewbanck to the said Fathrey till 18 years of age according to act she being 12 years of age next August and the heifer with her increase given to her by deed of gift by the said Fathrey to revert to the said donor if she deceases before she attains the age of 18 years. (NOTE: Evidently the "dec'd" after Anne Peasons name was an error and probably should have been placed after Emanuel Hall's name, as she was obviously the wife Eustace Peasons at this time.)
