- Be it known unto all person or persons whatsoever that I Jno Mills and Martha Mills my wife of the County of Northampton do give & bequest unto my children as I have nominated hereafter which shall be paid hereby & hereafter as they shall attain to age or after my decease and for ___ performance of ___ and I bind myself my heirs or Extrs, Admins, or assignees & my four sons shall be at age at eighteen years of age, Michael Underhill, Amos Underhill, Thos.
