The wife was named Mary in his will was evidently his 2nd wife and the mother of perhaps his 4 youngest children named in his will as Nanthaniel, Edmond, Scarburgh & Elias and somehow related to the Edmund Scarburgh who "as being related and stood for" her sons Edmund & Nathaniel in 1690.
