To Anne Drummond, daughter of my son George Drummond, deceased part of Lot No. 11 & for want of heirs to her brother Richard Drummond, & should he die without issue or without disposing of same then to my son William Drummond. To the said Richard Drummond, son of my deceased son George, all my remaining part of Lot No. 11, reversion to his sister Anne Drummond, & for want of issue to my son William Drummond.
