  	1652 William Colborne patented 350 acres in tract N99 and it was reissued to him 10 years later. 1667 William and Ann Coulborne sold to Edward Dolby, the deed stating that previously it had been sold to William Fisher, but no such deed was recorded. 1672 The court ordered Dolby to surrender to Argoll Yardley, nephew and heir of Francis, the land to which he (Dolby) could not prove title, but later in the year the court withdrew the order as Yardley had not been able to support his claim. 1671 Edward and Dorothy Dolby sold the 100 acres at the east end to Daniel Eshon, and it then became merged with N121.

  	It was on this date that the Northampton Court (which then covered both present day counties of Northampton and Accomack) ordered William Coulbourne, Jeffrey Minshall, John Marcum and others of Hungars Parish to make present payment of what shall appear by the Church wardens to be due to be paid by them from the year 1654 in payment of the dues to the Minister and other parish dues belonging to the Church.
