Anne married the aforesaid Griffith Savage and had one daughter Bridget and died. Bridget married with the aforesaid Isaac Dix. Isaac Dix and Bridget his wife and William Savage agreed to partition the 225 acres in equal parts of 112 & a half acres each with Isaac Dix & Bridget his wife getting the south side of tract and William Savage getting the north end of the 225 acres. Signed: Isaac (his X mark) Dix, Bridget (her X mark) Dix and William Savage. Acknowledged in court 30 Aug 1748 and admitted to record.

To son George Dix 150 acres where my son Isaac is now settled, provided my son Isaac refuse to make over all his right & title of his mother's maiden land to my son George, which is 100 acres adjcent William Savage, but if he does make the said property over to my son George, then I give the said 150 acres to my son Isaac. To son Solomon Dix 150 acres at the head of my land where Thomas Clark now dwells. Daughter Elizabeth Dix. 4 children Richard, Solomon, George, & Elizabeth resid legatees. Son Richard Exr. - Witt: Richard Hickman, John Dix, Heli Bagwell.
