  	Then Came before us two of his Lordships Justices of the peace for Somerset County Mr John Tayler aged sixty four Years or there abouts and Thomas Pryer aged sixty three years or there abouts and Came to a Marked White Oak standing at the head of a Cove that Trenches Out of a Creek Called Harts Creek alias Jones his Creek and Did Take their Corperall Oaths on the Holy Evangelist that they see the surveyor by the Order of William and Robert Coulbourns Order the said Tree to be marked for a Devisionall Corner Tree of a Tract of Land Allinated by the said William Coulbourn to his Brother Robert Coulbourn and that they Carried the Chain where the devisional line was rune sworn before us Wm Planner his marke John Tayler Thos A Prier being prest at that time Samuel Handy 1719 Michael Roch, Samuel Roch Peter Frayser, John Johnson Henry Smith Walter Taylor Junr Wm Coulborn witness 1733
