To my dau. Susannah the northern half of my plantation whereon I now live during her life and then to her heirs by her present husband Ellison Armistead if he pays £1250 for the use of my dau. Anne Hays. To div. the land a line to be drawn parallel to the road leading to the ferry, and Susannah to have the half whereon I now live. To dau. Esther the other half of my plantation during her life and then to her heirs by her present husband John Darby if he pays £250 for the use of my dau. Rose. To my dau. - In his will John Harmanson Sr., Gent. gave to loving wife (no name) use of plantation whereon I now live during her life. To my three daus. Catherine, Susanna and Peggy Harmanson 500 A. (in Islewhite County) to the south of a branch leading into Mr. Baker's mill and running up the branch to old Mr. Samuel Wilson's land near where the road crosses the branch, but not to be div. until my son Matthew arrives at lawful age. To son Matthew his choice of the remainder (about 760 A.) of my Islewhite County plantation; or the 538 A. plantation whereon I now live. To son Thomas what is left after Matthew's choice. Wife to have use of children's estates until they are of lawful age. My two sons to remain at schools where they are now. To the son who takes my Western Shore plantation ns. Sam, Hannible and Jack (already on the Western Shore) and n. wench Agness. To the son who takes my home plantation ns. Matthew, Adam, Harry and Sarah. To dau. Catherine ns. Patience, Zadock and Adah. To dau. Susanna ns. Daniel, James and Keziah. To dau. Peggy ns. Sam, Bridget and Leah. To wife n. boy Natt. To granddau.
