  	I give to my loving wife Nelly the two beds, bedsteads & furniture below stairs one linen wheel & loom, one chest one small oval table fifteen barrels of corn one cow & calf one sow and pigs and the use of one Negro woman Rose as long as she lives my widow and then to return to my children (these articles in lieu of the third of my estate) except the third of this plantation which I lend her as long as she lives my widow. I give to my daughter Peggy. I give my daughter Luky. I give to my daughter Sally. I give to my daughter Tamer. I give to my son Douglas. I give to my son John Trower the plantation whereon I now live containing three hundred and three acres, but my son William Trower is to have the privilege to hall the seine his life, but if my son John should die without lawful heirs of his body, my desire is that my son William Trower shall have the said land. I give to my son John Trower ten acres of woods land which I bought of John Tompkins to be laid off on the western end of the said land. I give my son William Trower the plantation on the seaside whereon Severn Savage now lives containing one hundred and fifty acres also the balance of the said land I bought of John Tompkins after taken out the ten acres for my son John the balance being twenty five acres and if my said son William should die before the age of twenty one I then give the said land to my son Douglas Trower and if Douglas Trower should die under the age of twenty one I then leave it to be equally divided amongst all my surviving children. All of my estate which I have not before given I leave to be equally divided between Peggy Trower, Luky Trower, Nancy Spady, Elizabeth Savage, Sally Trower, Tamer Trower & Douglas Trower. I constitute and appoint Southy Spady, Severn Savage and John Trower executors. Signed, Robert Trower. Witnesses: Obediah Hunt, Jesse Jarvis, Ann Hunt.
