To son Arthur Bradford 50 acres in the swamp called the Bradford Land joining lands of John Lingo, John Bell & heirs of Smith Hyslop & 15 acres in the swamp being part of the land I purchased of Severn Richardson until he has issue & then to him (his issue). If either son dies without heirs, then to the other son. To wife Ann Bradford 1/3 of all my lands during her life for right in dower. To son Arthur my Negro boy Tony. To wife Ann my Negro woman Rachel during her life & then to son Laban. Also to son Laban … To Severn Richardson $50 & the bed I lent him when he was married & at his death to his son James Richardson.
