  	In 1669 Edmund Scarburgh sold 200 acres of this tract to Thomas Hunt, who in 1673 exchanged it with Henry and Francis Williams for a similar acreage, part of tract N20, and as previously told, the Williams brothers bought 70 acres adjacent from John & Ann Bagwell.

  	It was in this year that Henry & Francis Williams sold 120 acres of tract A66 to Isaak Medcalfe. The deed was also signed by Jane Williams, evidently the wife of Francis. (NOTE: Whitelaw showed her as a sister Jane Williams, who later married James Walker Sr., but their sister Jane was married to James Walker Sr. before 1661 when James Walker was named as a son-in-law in their father's will.)

  	It was on this date that Francis Williams had moved to Sussex Co, DE, where he had a grant of 400 acres and purchased an additional 400 acres on 4 Oct 1687.

  	Francis Williams of Sussex County, Pennsylvania (now Delaware) sold 170 acres of this tract to James Walker Jr. The deed described a 70 acre tract and a 100 acre tract and was bounded by land formerly of Henry Williams dec'd, father of the within mentioned Francis Williams, and the 70 acres being the land where Henry Williams, late of Acc Co, dec'd, the brother of the within mentioned Francis Williams, did dwell, the 170 acre total now in the tenture & occuptation of said Francis Williams. Whitelaw assumed the young Walker must have been Francis' cousin, but based on the actual deed, he was his nephew, being the son of Francis' sister Jane. The land was on the south side of little Nuswattocks Creek near its mouth, and it soon becamed known as James Walker's Branch, then just Walker's Branch, then Metcalf's Branch, and finally the Bull Branch or Run of today.
