On 12 Aug 1802, Benjamin Purnell's son, John Irving Purnell, with wife Dolly, sold to his brother, Benjamin Purnell, Jr. 140A that Benjamin Purnell, Sr. had devised to son John.
On 7 Sep 1802 Benjamin Purnell, Jr., Charles Bennett, with wife Sarah, sold "Hab Nab at a Venture" to George Richardson. On 3 Dec 1803, Richardson sold rights to Sarah Bennet. On 21 Aug 1804, Charles Bennett, with wife Sarah, sold to James B. Robins.

On 17 Aug 1802, Charles Bennett, with wife Sarah (daughter of John Irving) sold part of "Glasses Security" to Benjamin Purnell (Jr). On 2 Dec 1803 Charles Richardson sold rights to Sarah Bennett and 21 Aug 1804 Charles Bennett with wife Sarah sold to James B. Robins.
