Dashiell and Aurelia his wife, now occupied by them, on the south by the street which divides the lot hereby intended to be conveyed from the lot of Levin Woolford, on the west by the road leading from Princess Anne to the Lower Trappe and on the east by the street which divides the lot hereby intended to be conveyed from the lot belonging to George R. Dennis in fee simple, and the said grantors covenant that they will warrant specially the property hereby intended to be conveyed and that they will execute such further assurances as may be required.
