  	In a land cause recorded in Acc Co Court on 27 Mar 1753 it was brought out that Arthur Robins, the eldest son of Arthor Robins, died on 1 Mar 1746. According to Mrs. Turman's research the will of Arthur Robins II was lost and the eldest son claimed all the land as if his father had died intestate. After a lengthly chancery suit, contents of the will were recorded as stated by the widow Ann. Son Arthur got the home place and most of the land as provided for in his father's will and his younger brother got a small acreage and personal property. Nothing further was found about his widow Ann after this suit was settled and the contents of Arthur's will was recorded in 1754 (N'hamp Wills & Inventories, 1750-1754, pp. 539-544).
