The deed was signed by Bennett Scarborough son of Charles Scarborough, Henry Scarborough and Winifred Scarborough, Mary Leatherbury daughter of Charles, William Black and wife Sarah Black daughter of Charles, Scarborough Drummond widow of Richard Drummond heir of dec'd daughter of Charles, and George Parker son and heir of Ann Scarborough daughter of Charles Scarborough.

  	In his will George Dashiell gave son Clement Dashiell my 2 slaves. To son Louther my slaves. To son Isaac Dashiell land where on he lives and of his brother Louther, including the new quarters where Polly now lives. To son Thomas tract which my father gave me by deed of 12-24-1741 called Mitchells Improvement on the south sied of Great Monies Creek where my father now lives and if son Thomas dies without heirs, the to son Benjamin. To son Joseph land called River Landing which I bought of Wm. & John Ribble, 80 ac and land of William Gray called Green Hill Church, where said Gray now lives, called Lott Light in Worcester Co and tract called Summer Pasture. To son Benjamin Dashiell land called Contention alineated to him by law, and his wife Jane, "The Woods Pasture," and a tract near John Christopher and Robert Mallones, all of which I give to son Benjamin. To young son George Dashiell the plantation where on I live, and to his eldest son, but if he dies without heirs, then to son Benjamin, and he dies without heirs, to son Joseph. To wife Elizabeth, daughter Eleanor Martin, granddaughter Ann Dashiell, granddaughter Mary, daughter Clement Dashiell, granddaughter Jane, daughter of Louther Dashiell. Balance of estate to be divide between Clement, Louther, Isaac Dashiell, Eleanor Martin, Joseph Dashiell, Benjamin and George Dashiell. Wife Elizabeth Extr. Witt: Alexander M. Cants, Stephen Hobbs and Thomas Collins.
