Co. sized in fee 225 Acres on Road between Guilford and Middle Church by Will devised to 2 Daughters Anne and Vallance who inter married to Charles Leatherbury who together with Vallance conveyed her moiety of the 225 acres to Griffith Savage who by his last will devised to the aforesaid William Savage. Anne married the aforesaid Griffith Savage and had one daughter Bridget and died. Bridget married with the aforesaid Isaac Dix. Isaac Dix and Bridget his wife and William Savage agreed to partition the 225 acres in equal parts of 112 & a half acres each with Isaac Dix & Bridget his wife getting the south side of tract and William Savage getting the north end of the 225 acres. Signed: Isaac (his X mark) Dix, Bridget (her X mark) Dix and William Savage. Acknowledged in court 30 Aug 1748 and admitted to record.
