- He was shown my Godson Howson Mapp and to John Mapp and Esther his wife, in the will of Robert Howson. He was given 300 acres on Mattawoman Creek in Hungars Creek. This was the same 300 acres that Howson Mapp Sr. willed to Howson Mapp Jr. and which in 1773 was sold to John Kendal for "1,000 and 100 pounds of Virginia money." It was on the north side of Mattawaman Creek and is known today as Duckington in Wilsonia Neck.

To daughter Leah Mapp Negro wench Nanny, but if Leah dies before of age or marries then Nanny to my three youngest sons William, Laban and Samuel. To son Samuel Negro wench Sarah.
