Son Benjamin all that part of my small tract of land that is eastward of the road which runs from Peter Halls to my landing; that part I have from Thomas Killams deed dated 6 January 1783, second son Miers on moiety of land of an Alienation Bond of Thomas Burton dated 9 May 1795 and half the tract that my father bought of his brother John Burton in Long Neck; son John the rest of tract. To 3rd son Woolsey land which my father devised to me in Long Neck and 52 acres bought of Sarah Burton in Long Neck; the land that my father bought of his brother John is excepted. To 5th son Daniel Burton all my land in Lewes and Rehoboth Hundred including moiety of a grist mill. To sons Miers and John land which is west of the road leading from Peter Halls to my landing. To son John, slave Bristol. To daughters Hessey and Polley, $1,000 each. Extrx: wife Molley. Witt: Eliza Dagworthy Wells, Henmon Wharton & Wm. Hill Wells.
