  	In his will John Joynes Sr. gave to son John the plantation whereon he now lives, 1/2 the apple orchard, and part of my oat ground, viz., from a chesnut tree in the apple orchard along the old fence row to Fisher's line and from said chesnut to the corner of Joyne's field, all for 5 years and then to be eq. div. by my sons John and William. To son John n. boy Plato. To son William and dau. Margaret the remainder of my plantation and houses to bring up my younger children for 5 years and then to be eq. div. by my sons John and William. To dau. Margaret n. boy James. Remaining estate to be div. by my six children William, Margaret, Edward, Betsy, Susanna and Rachel. Sons John and William extrs.
