  	William Andrews (II) gave a 1,000 acre lease, lately in the possession of Thomas Taylor, son & heir to Capt Phillip Taylor dec'd, to Thomas Harmanson and his wife Joane for their lives and then it was to be distributed among their 4 sons as follows: 300 aces to Thomas Junr, 250 acres each to William (2nd son) & John, and 200 acres to Henry (4th son). If all 4 sons died in their minority then to "my loving Neice Susanna Harmanson." (NOTE: Whitelaw shows Joane as a daughter of the William Andrews (1600-1656) who bought the land from Thomas Taylor in 1643, but he had died in 1656, so it must have been his son William Andrews (1630-1673) who gave the lease and he was giving it to his sister Joane who was not named in William Andrews' will in 1656, as the lease mentions that if all 4 of the sons die, then the land was to go to "my niece Susanna Harmanson.")
