- I lend to my son William my 400 acre plantation, but if he should try to sell or die without heirs, then I give to my next eldest son living. If they both die then I give the land to my daughter Margaret Christian. To my son William my negro woman Bett and Candas, silver shoe buckles, and gold sleeve buttons marked "W.C." To my daughter Margaret negroes James, Sabrah, Nanny, Leah, and George, mahogany case of drawers, a large church Bible, silver shoe buckles that were her mother's, gold sleeve buttons marked "C.C.", and all her mother's juelry. To my sons John Christian and George Edward Christian the rest of my estate with the exception of 2/3 of the land rent until my son William is of lawful age. The money owed me from the estate of Edward Ker dec'd to go towards payment of my debts. Friend George Ker to supervise the estate of my son William until he is of lawful age. My friend John S. Ker to supervise the estate of my son John. Friend David Bowman to supervise the estate of my son George. - William Christian, formerly a Lieutenant in the Virginia State Navy in the Rev. War, died in the month of January 1800. Thomas Parramore, who quaifiled as his administrator with the will annexed is dead. Administration de bonis non with the will annexed of said William Chrisitan was granted by this Court on 10 June 1833 to William A. Christian, who is now the only surviving child of said William Christian.
