  	In his will John Poulson directed that my Exrs. hereafter named to bring up & raise all my children from the profits arising from my whole estate until my son Erastus Poulson arrives to lawful Age & then to son Erastus all the land & plantation where I now live, together with 50 acres in Hack Swamp. To son John Poulson my water grist mill & saw mill. To son Thomas all that tract of land where Joseph (free negro) now lives. To daughter Polly Poulson $1000. Should my son Erastus die before arriving to lawful age or marriage, the land & other things given him to descend to my next eldest son, & that part of my estate given to my son who may survive the said Erastus to descend to the survivor or survivors of my said other children. To daughter Polly all her mother's wearing apparel. To Zadock Poulson 1/9 of all the crop that is made on my planta, this year, provided he continues on said plantation & does his duty as a Crops man. All the remainder of my est when my son Erastus arrives to lawful age to be equally divided between the survivors or survivor of my children, except the one who may own the plantation where I now live. Children to be kept together until Erastus arrives to lawful age, & that with their grandmother Nancy Dix if she choose to take them & remains single.
