  	In his will Caleb Savage gave unto my son William K. Savage my plantation on Occahannock Creek, subjecting the said land to the payment of two hundred pounds in manner hereafter directed also to find my daughter Peggy a home as long as she lives single. I give unto my son Preeson Savage if he should live to lawful age, part of my plantation on Nassawadox Creek bounded on the creek and running up to the deep branch with a slope of timber land over the neck road bounded on the west by Sarah W. Harmanson, north by Thomas James and east by the nearest part of my cleared land and to keep that width from the road across the swamp to where Thomas James' line. I give to my son Caleb Savage if he should live to lawful age the remainder of my plantation on Nassawadox Creek. Should either of my sons Preeson or Caleb die before they arrive at age for my son Robert to have that part of my land willed to them. I give to my daughter Peggy Savage. I give to my daughter Betsey Savage. I give to my daughter Polly Savage. I appoint my brother Preeson Savage, executor. Signed, Caleb Savage. Witnesses: Jno Tankard and Hez Pitts.   	In her will Peggy Savage gave Sukey Savage a Virginia habit. I give unto my sister Nancy Pitts one silk & cotton habit. I give all the remainder of my cloaths to my sisters Betsey and Polly Savage. I give unto my two sisters Betsey & Polly Savage and my brother Robert Savage fifty pounds it being a legacy left me by my father lying in the hands of my brother William. I give all the rest of my estate (except a silver tankard and six tea spoons and the money I am entitled to from my half brothers James and Samuel Johnson to be divided between my brothers William Savage, Preeson Savage, Caleb Savage and Robert Savage & my two sisters Betsey and Polly Savage. War, died intestate leaving Caleb Savage, Elizabeth Savage, Polly Savage, Hester Janny and Robert Savage her only heirs-at-law. Caleb Savage is dead, leaving a widow and Caleb R. Savage, Sally Savage, Rosey Savage, Franklin Savage and Thomas Savage his only children and heirs-at-law. Elizabeth Savage married William Ridly and died intestate leaving William Ridly, John Ridly, Elizabeth Ridly, Rosanna Ridly, Arinthia Ridly and Louisanna Ridly her only children and heirs-at-law. Polly Savage married Edmund Johnson and died intestate, leaving John H. Johnson her only heir-at-law, and Hester Janny died intestate, leaving William Savage and Elizabeth Savage her only heirs at law. The said William Savage died intestate, leaving Leonard, Teackle, Thomas & Margaret Savage his only heirs-at-law.
