Coleburn his brother to take care of him & the money I have loaned him. He is to receive ½ of the interest yearly & if Thomas Coleburn's estate fails paying his debts, then the other ½ is to go to the paying of Thomas Coleburn's creditors until $60 be raised for that purpose. At William F. Coleburn's decease it shall go to John C. Coleburn, Littleton T. Willis my grandson, Robert Patrick & John Patrick my 2 grandsons. John Preeson my grandson & Julia Preeson my granddaughter shares equally with the rest. If my pension money is obtained, I leave it to Thomas C. Coleburn's creditors & all my grandchildren.
