Coard 10 acres for the use of James Coard at the same time I give to Alfred James Coard all the property I lent him with the exception of clock and on barow. All the rest of my property to children William, Parker, John, Salathiel, Margret, Carline personal and real estate at the same time giving to son William C. Coard lot lying along road binding land of William Croper and Thoms Brittenham at the same time to my daughters Margret and Carline a home where I now live at the same time appoint sons Parker and John C.
