To grandson William Welch all my land & houses whereon I now live, but for want of lawful issue, I give the same to Sally Welch, daughter of my dec'd son William Welch.   	According to Whitelaw, by 1793 it became evident that John Addison had died intestate and his land (part of tract A62 south of Onancock) had been divided between his brothers and sisters, although such a record could not be found. One of the sisters was Bridget, the wife of Levin White. The division came to light in 1793 when Southy and Katharine Milliner sold 42 acres to Levin White; she had been a sister of John Addison, and the land sold was bounded on the west by that of White, which must have been his wife's inheritance. In 1809 Ann S. White, Elijah A. White and John A. White united in a deed to their mother Bridget for 15 acres which was a part of the 42 acres which Levin White had bought from the Milliners.
