That the said George at the time of his death was seized in fee of four tracts of land viz: one tract where he resided containing 160 acres, part of which he purchased of George Middleton, and part was devised to him by his father; another tract containing 38 acres; another tract containing 140 acres, and another tract containing 15 acres; that the said lands descended to the said children as aforesaid &c.
