  	In his will James Taylor (S.M.) lent the land on which I now live containing 21 acres, for the space of 2 years, to my son Justice B. Taylor & also lend my White Marsh lands containing between 20 & 30 acres to my son Justice B. Taylor for the space of 1 year. Believing that from these two farms he can pay his debts. The crops he shall make on these two farms shall be disposed of by my friend Littleton Hinman, if he will act & if not E. P. Pitts to do it. If his creditors should attempt to take this property or any which I may hereafter give him from the management of the said Hinman or Pitts, then I give the same to my other 2 children Bersheba & Nancy. Pay William Bundick $100 on the condition that he will deliver all bonds which he may have against Justice B. Taylor to him, $50 of which to come from the sale of my personal estate & the remaining $50 to be paid by Abel Mears, my son-in-law. I give the above lands, after the terms above, to my daughter Bersheba Mears, wife of Abel Mears. Personal property to my daughter Bersheba Mears, daughter Nancy Coston & son Justice B. Taylor to be deposited in the hands of Littleton Hinman, if he will take it & if he won't in the hands of E. P. Pitts for the payment of his debts. The man now in the possession of Abel Mears belonging to me (called Ladd) to be given to my Extr. & if he does not he is to pay $100 to William Bundick. I am security for William Coston for the purchase of a piece of land & otherwise to this amount of above $200 & I hereby revoke the devise aforesaid to his wife if my estate have that money to pay. Littleton Hinman Extr. & he to consult E. P. Pitts for direction about settling my estate. Witt: James Berry, John W. Berry & Edward P. Pitts. Prob: Littleton A. Hinman was Extr. with Levi Dix & David D. Abbott securities.
