  	While there is no record of Ann Warrington's marriage to George Bundick, from later deeds it is clear that she was Ann Warrington, who inherited Warrington land "on Assawoman." She was called Ann and Nancy in the deeds and Nanney Warrington by Tabitha Warrington, who named her and Elizabeth Warrington as grandchildren in her will, written 28 Mar 1768 and recorded on 27 Aug 1771 (Acc Co Wills, 1767-1772, p. 573). While Tabitha Warrington did not mention land in her will, she did name an only surviving son, George Warrington. Stephen Warrington died testate in 1745 naming his wife as Tabitha and five sons, the youngest of whom was George (Acc Co Wills, 1743-1749, p. 239). He left 40 acres to his eldest son, Abbott Warrington. Abbott Warrington left his land to his son Stephen in 1760 (Acc Co Wills, 1757-1761, p. 282). Abbott Warrington, wife Elizabeth, also had a son John, a daughter Betty, and an unborn child. The unborn child apparently was Ann "Nancy/Nanney" Warrington and she and her sister Elizabeth "Betty" inherited the land at the death of their brothers.
