  Biography	John A. Bundick, Attorney, died between 2 Apr 1902, when some of the land his father had owned was sold to him and two of his sisters (Acc Co Deeds, Bk 78, p. 173) and 31 Oct 1903, when part of his father's land, "the Store House Lot consisting of two detached parcels divided by the county road," was deeded to sister Grace L. Bundick (Acc Co Deeds, Bk 80, p. 319). This last deed states the lot was part of the real estate sold by a special commissioner on 17 Dec 1898 at Newstown, "which was bid off to John A. Bundick, now deceased, but was paid for by said Grace L. Bundick as she claims." Other records have been searched for a death date for John A. Bundick without success. His tombstone has not been found. He was likely buried with his parents without a tombstone. Family records show he graduated from Richmond College, Richmond, Virginia, in 1886, before studying law. On 2 Oct 1889, John A. Bundick, "gentleman, who hath been duly licensed to practice the law in the Courts of this Commonwealth, on his motion, has leave to practice in this Court and thereupon he took the oath of fidelity to the Commonwealth, and the oath of an Attorney at Law" (Acc Co Orders, 1889-1890, p. 305). Since John A. Bundick had no brothers or children, this entire Bundick line ended with has death. He had at least one male Bundick first cousin.
