To my son Isaac 80 A. being the southeast corner of my land beginning at Sluce Gut, running westerly up a small branch and along a line of marked trees to a maple and from thence running a southwest line or near upon it along a ridge above the great swamp and thence from the said ridge within ten steps of the eastward side of the horse hole and thence within the same course as you run from the above mentioned maple to Custis Kendall's line. To my son John during his life the Mannour plantation and the bal. of my land, and then to my son Thomas during his life.
